One of the best Spanish producers and one of Spain´s hottest and most elegant house D.J.s, DEEP JOSH who is also the owner of “ The APPLEFUNK”, one of the best international soulful house labels in the last yearst. His new label project “DISTORTED FUNK” is taking care of different styles from deep house to techno.
With headquarters in Ibiza by summertime, he’s the new resident dj for Cafe Del Mar world tour. He has been spinning as the resident DJ for Monday’s Calling @ Space, Ibiza 2008 and 2009 and he’s also been resident D.J. for PRIVILEGE IBIZA for 2005 and 2006, and the main promoter of “THE APPLEFUNK SESSIONS” which as a party has played in venues all over the world.. Josh has also gained tremendous recognition and support for his musical performance talents, with bookings being taken all over the world.
Recently awarded with the DEEJAYMAG as Best Deep & Soulful 2010, he also got the DJONERS 2010 as Best Club House Producer for the second consecutive year, also got the Best House Track “Back to Rhodes” 2007 and DJONERS Best Newcomer D.J. 2006., Josh is quickly drawing strong support for his productions play listed from some of the world´s leading D.J.s.
Deep Josh confesses to having an ongoing love affair with house music which began in 1998, when Josh invested all his capital to work on a project under the name of D10STUDIO. Since then (and using various pseudonyms), he has edited over 200 Maxi singles focused in dance music in all its variations.
His career as a remixer is unique, having worked with such artists as : Soul Central, DJ Wady, Barbara Tucker, Lenny Fontana, Andy Caldwell, D.J. Meme, Christian Hornbostel and for the most prestigious and respected labels in the world house music such as: Defected, Soulfuric, Cr2, Nervous Rec., Knee Deep USA, Om Records, MN2S, Stereo Productions and many many more.
As a D.J., his sets are replete with balearic beats, pumpin´ soulful and elegant house with percussive tracks.

Josh esta viviendo un gran momento y apoyo en su concepto musical asi como con su puesta en escena, con actuaciones por todo el mundo.
Sus producciones estan en los playlists de los house djs mas representativos de la escena internacional.
Afincado en la isla blanca, actualmente es artista de Cafe Del Mar y DJ residente de Cafe del MAr World tour. En las temporadas 2008 y 2009 ha sido DJ Residente en Monday’s Calling en SPACE IBIZA,. Ademas de DJ RESIDENTE EN SPACE IBIZA 2009, DJ SPACE ON TOUR 2009 también ha sido residente en el club mas grande del Mundo en 2005 y 2006: PRIVILEGE IBIZA.
Deep Josh ha recibido el reconocimiento de los principales figuras del house mundial y recientemente ha sido galardonado con el Deejaymag 2011 al mejor dj Deep & Soulful. Tambien ha obtenido por dos veces consecutivas el DJONER al mejor productor Deep & House Club (2009-2010), DJONERS 2007 al mejor tema House por “Back to Rhodes”, y el DJONERS al mejor dj Revelacion 2006, además de ser valorado como uno de los mejores djs de ibiza (Nominado mejor dj de ibiza por las revistas Deejay y DJ1).
Propietario del sello The Applefunk, considerado uno de los mejores sellos soulful house internacionales de los ultimos años, con el que esta cosechando incontables exitos, avalado por varias nominaciones Deejaymags como mejor sello discografico house y promotor de “The Applefunk Sessions” fiesta que combina el house mas elegante con los ritmos mas efectivos en la pista de baile.
Tambien es propietario de Distorted Funk, sello mas alternativo donde tienen cabida tracks de diferentes estilos, trabajando desde el deep house hasta el techno, pasando por progresive o tribal house.
Deep Josh se confiesa un enamorado del “house music”. En 1998 invirtió todo lo que tenía para llevar a cabo un proyecto musical bajo el nombre de D10STUDIO, desde el cual (y con otros pseudónimos) se han editado más de 200 singles enfocados a la música dance en todas sus vertientes.
Como productor ha licenciado tracks en practicamente todos los sellos house del planeta ,desde Japon a San Francisco.
Hasta hoy su carrera como remixer es imparable, habiendo realizado trabajos con artistas de la talla de Soul Central, Dj Wady, Barbara Tucker, Sonique, Jay-J, Lenny Fontana , Andy Caldwell, DJ Meme, Christian Hornbostel , Lorenzo alDino … para los sellos house mas prestigiosos y respetados: Defected, Cr2, Nervous Rec., Soulfuric, Ministry of Sound, Knee Deep Usa, Om Records, MN2S, Stereo Production
